FOR NORMAL SKIN: After cleansing, use a cotton pad to wipe Fruit Acid Toner over the face and let absorb into the skin. Follow up with a moisturizer.

FOR SENSITIVE SKIN: Before applying alpha hydroxy acid toner, dilute with a small about of water. Then, use a cotton pad to wipe Toner over face and let absorb into the skin. Follow up with a moisturizer.

The frequency of use will depend on skin type. Discontinue if irritation develops.

I recommend the toner for all ages-- it removes all traces of makeup after washing your face and minimizes pores. I love it!

This toner really does smooth my skin and does help to brighten. I'm always worried a toner may be drying to my mature skin but this is lovely. I apply the toner to a water soaked make up pad as this was recommended to do, initially, if someone is prone to sensitivity (which I have). I am very pleased with this product.

The Fruit Acid Toner was formulated to brighten and smooth without stripping, which is exactly the balance mature skin needs. Fruit acids exfoliate gently at the cellular level, which is why you're seeing that smoothness and brightness — without the dryness that conventional toners cause.
The wet pad method is one of my favorite tips for sensitive skin. It buffers the acids just enough to let your skin adjust at its own pace. Clearly it worked.

My skin feels so healthy using this product. I did not have any reaction to the product, as listed in the description When I was in high school, I used a mild dilution of vinegar and water on my face. I believe a toner maintains a healthy glow for your face.

I grew up with a chemically sensitive mother, who unfortunately is no longer with us, but she would’ve loved these products. Other than the Citrine Complete Botanical Treatment which is a little to strongly scented, all the products are outstanding! My skin looks amazing, they aren’t too strong in scent, and they weigh just perfect on the skin. Thank you for providing a nontoxic option that really makes a positive impact on skin!

Based on my review of this toner on Aug 6th, I want to say that the customer service is outstanding so for that reason the 5 :star:️ ‘S is for customer service. They got back to me immediately and this has now been resolved.

I have purchased several products from Sally B and will continue to do so. My skin is very sensitive so possibly that was the problem. I do still wish the return time frame was longer.

I really wanted to like this toner. I decided to use this one evening prior to going out. By the time I was finished with dinner my forehead started to itch but wasn’t sure why. When I got up next morning, my face was all red and blotchy especially the forehead and itched all day. I stopped using for a few weeks then tried again to see if it was this toner. Same reaction again. What really disappoints me is the return policy. I would love to have more of a window such as 45 days to really test the results and return if necessary. I don’t always open everything at once and use. Unfortunately I will just have to trash this.

I’ve used this toner for a while and it is one of my staples. It finishes up after washing my face with your cleanser, leaving my face feeling extra clean and sparkly.

stronger batch

This is my third maybe fourth bottle of this. I love the product, however this batch seems to be stronger as the light “sting” feels more like a “burn” and lasts longer. Usually just a light tingling when first apply but this is a noticeably stronger sensation that takes a few minutes to subside.

Love this toner

I never got why people used toner. Always thought it was a way to get people to spend more money. Now, I get it. My pores are tight, skin healthy, and I don't suffer from adult acne any more. I have very sensitive skin and this is perfect for me. The first few times I used it, it burned, but probably because it was removing dead skin and balancing out my skin. Only toner I will ever use.

I look forward to using this toner each and every time. You may experience a burning sensation upon first use, but that does not continue.

This is hands down the best toner I have ever used, period. It helps wipe away all impurities from my skin and leaves it with a refreshing tingle. While my pores are naturally small, I still see that the toner helps tighten up my skin a bit as I use it. Cannot see myself using anything else.
