Lip Skinnies are formulated as a treatment first, tint second. Deep moisture, clean ingredients, a hint of color. If bold lip color is what you're after, our B Glossy line delivers more pigment while keeping every ingredient just as clean.

Charlene I absolutely loved how smooth it made my lips felt and loved the colors. However, I just noticed they have titanium dioxide in them. I’m sad to see this. I’ll stick with the organic lip balm. Please make these without this chemical.
Charlene, you're right to flag this, and I appreciate you taking the time — titanium dioxide is standard in most mica-based color cosmetics as a coating agent that creates opacity and shimmer, but 'standard' doesn't mean it's the standard I want for a lip product specifically, since anything on lips gets ingested in small amounts daily. I'm actively sourcing a TiO2-free mica alternative for Lip Skinnies now. It'll mean some adjustments to our color range, but I'd rather get the formula right than keep something in simply because it's industry-normal. I'll make sure this reformulation gets announced when it's ready — glad to have customers who read ingredient decks as closely as you do.

Shannon B. This product is excellent. My lips were becoming very chapped, with cracked, dry skin that would clump when I applied lip gloss. I used Nurse Jamie's lip exfoliator in conjunction with lip skinnies to hydrate my lips back to smooth and healthy. If you have cracked/chapped, or just looking for a pretty lip gloss that won't dry out your lips, this is the product to get! Heals and looks fabulous. I always have people staring at my lips when I wear this!

Maria I bought the sallybskinyummies lip skinnies, antioxidant skin boost, b pinched blush and make up brush. My favorite is the antioxidant skin boost, the lip skinnies have some kind of strange smell, b pinched blush does not really last and the make up brush is quite poor design, the brush itself is not really good for applying and blending.

Dana I remember purchasing lipstick when I was younger before educating myself on the hazards of toxic ingredients in makeup. I always purchased based on color of course, but I could never get past the taste and ended up having a drawer full of expensive, unused products. Fast forward to Sally B's Lip Skinnies! I have these delightfully perfect lipsticks in Deep Red, Raisin, and Frosting. I wear Raisin most often, but Frosting is my new favorite paired with the B Glossy Lip Gloss in Soft Kiss. My lips are naturally pinkish-purplish in color and the Frosting really enhances my natural color. This color also looks excellent when paired with a smoky eye - I love the B Smudged in Smokey Charcoal for creating this look! I can't get enough of that tingly feeling when I apply it to my lips and it tastes so yummy! Thanks Sally B!

Natalie This must be the best product i've ever used on my lips.. Both in texture and colour and it doesn't matter what condition my lips are in, they always look and feel amazing with this stuff on. I have pink roses, it's very rich in colour and simply gorgeous!

I can apply it light for daytime and darker for evening. I love how it is moisturizing and very smooth. This lip color goes on easily and seems to last for a good length of time without having to reapply. I was never a lipstick wearer and lip glosses seem to always have a stickiness that I do not like. Thanks to Sally B's Lip Skinnies I have found a perfect product for my lips.

Next, about the skinnes: got the raisin and pink roses. Was not sure if Pink roses would suit my olive complexion but it works beautifully. Very natural. Slightly tingly. Both colors work well on olive skin tones so I suspect they will work equally well on others. Very natural, good moisturizing (which if u fly as much as I do is a VERY good thing). Also got the Primrose gloss to go over it, and the combo of pink roses and Primrose brightens up the face beautifully. Specially if you are not into the whole "I have lipstick on" look. New favorites for sure.
